"The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not be in want.
He makes me lie down in green pastures,he leads me beside quiet waters,
He makes me lie down in green pastures,he leads me beside quiet waters,
he restores my soul.
He guides me in paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil, for you are with me;
I will fear no evil, for you are with me;
your rod and your staff, they comfort me.
You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies.
You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows.
Surely goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life,
and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever."
~Psalms 23

ReplyDeleteThat was a great inspirational post.
ReplyDeleteTruly, one of the most beautiful posts I have ever seen or read! The joy in the eyes of your children and the expressions from your heart make God very real to me. Is there an award for Most Inspirational Blog? If not, I am going to create one and give it to you. Not simply for this wonderful post alone, but for all the inspiring day-to-day writings from your heart that have encouraged me for the last year. Thank you! xoxoxox
ReplyDeleteThank you Mrs J!

Amen. This is one of my favorite Psalms and it got me through an emergency c-section with our first child 2 years ago. Thanks for setting it to such lovely pictures!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful post & pictures.
ReplyDeleteOkay - I LOVE the pictures you have of your kids - but one kiddo is missing. That Corgi of yours should have been chasing your children down the beech!
ReplyDeleteI love this!! So very creative!
ReplyDeleteMrs. Jones, I have a question about a ceiling fan, and since you are my design guru (remember my question about good home decorating magazines?) I was wondering if I can ask you, or if that's too wierd. If you're alright with that, I'll post my email address on a comment. And I can take a picture of my problem? :)
ReplyDeleteI didn't have a blog back then, which is why you couldn't find me! Yay, you're a runner!!!! And I think I figured out my decorating dilemma....for now. Have fun in the tropics!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by! I've actually stumbled across your blog before and loved looking at all your pics. I'll be back!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! Please, please save this! What a wonderful massage through scripture and your photos! Loved this!
