Mistreatment Club

This morning, the Nester is having a Window Mistreatment party for all of us who abuse windows. I wanted to have a brand new mistreatment to share with you, but since we just flew in from our California vacation, I didn't have any time. So I will share some oldies but goodies with you.

Here is my favorite. I covered the ugly white blinds in my laundry room to make a fake roman shade. If you want to see how I did it, here is the original post.

And this is what I did to the windows in my bedroom, after I painted the walls Tobacco Road.

Sooooo much better than before!!
Now I'm going to head on over to the party and see what everyone else has cooked up!

see, just like i said. your windows are mistreated and they look exactly like the ones in my bedroom. oh the time i wasted. oh well. live and learn. the paint color is called bamboo. i think it is either a ralph lauren or laura ashley color. i usually get my paint from sherwin williams, but this is from lowes.

your mistreatments look fabulous.

thanks for stopping by my blog!

GREAT mistreatments! I love, love your bedroom. :o) I painted my guest room in TR, but I'm not sure if it's the light it gets or what...it doesn't look nearly as pretty as your room does!

And oh, what I wouldn't do for a laundry room like yours!

I've died and gone to toile heaven! Even though I've seen the laundry room curtain post before, I still think all of your mistreatments are lovely.

They all look beautiful. I really like the ones in your laundry room, I'd almost be excited to go in there and do some laundry.
