2 Scrambled eggs
1/4 cup red bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped spinach
Fry in a little bit of coconut oil and sprinkle with Turmeric, 2 TB salsa, 1/8 c. shredded cheese, salt and pepper.
Top with 1/4 avocado, sliced
