Hello Internets.
I'm back. I hadn't intended on taking a break from blogging, but the end of the school year is always excessively busy.
And I volunteered to help too many people. Yikes, I hate it when I do that.
When I get too busy, the wheels come off in a big way.
It all snowballs, and then I start avoiding everything altogether.
Does anyone else have this problem?
How has your summer been so far?

That is exactly what I do to! I always over commit and then just want to stop everything! I use to be so good about updating my blog, but since summer started everyday is filled with playing outside, swimming and baseball games. My poor blog!
Good to see you back!
I'm avoiding a lot of things right this very minute, actually. And I just wanted to tell you that I adore your "favorite post".
Hope you are having a great day!
Yes Ditto. I seem to go along just nicely and then surprise surprise the wheels fall off everything and I have to dig myself back out of the pit I dug myself. I get overwhelmed. I love the idea of blogging but I just never get around to doing much but I do love catching up with other blogs and it is good for your sould to connect with others who lift you up with their words and their creativeness.
I am the very same way! You are in good company! :o) Welcome back!!
Sincerely ~ Tricia Anne

Yes, yes, and yes...I always over-extend and over volunteer...but trying to learn to say no to things now and then. It's been a busy summer here too -- not much bloggin' going on, but lots of other fun stuff. Visits to your blog always make me smile :-)
I'm not sure how I stumbled on your blog...but I'm glad I did! I have to add that I do the same thing...over-extend myself with volunteering and then just want to hide from it all! There is never enough time in the day, but I am trying to live in the moment more and learning how to pace myself. Have a wonderful day!
